Free TMR Training · Your best first step

Stop treating the body like disconnected parts.

Experience the TMR idea before you commit to anything. Try it on yourself, try it on a patient and prove the results, for free.

Your first TMR experience

01

Try it on yourself

Feel how using a better motion, far from the issue are can change a restriction.

02

Try it with a few patients

Use the same process you used on yourself on your patients. See the results. Decide if you want more!

03

Let the result decide

If you loved this little bit that you learn from the free train, join us and become certified.

Start free. Prove it to yourself.

Don’t take our word for it. Test it.

The fastest way to understand Total Motion Release is to experience it. The free training gives you a simple first test you can use personally or clinically.

Choose a limited motion

The free training starts with something you can clearly feel is a problem and is measurable

Use a better motion

Then you'll find a direction or area the body already moving easily and use it to fix the problem area.

Retest immediately

Return to the original motion and let the response show you what changed.

The four-quadrant test

Be honest. Can you fix a right shoulder with a left leg? Or trunk motion?

Or knee pain with a shoulder raise, or back pain with a foot motion?

TMR splits the body into four quadrants. Upper 2 quadrants include: neck, shoulder, arm, thoracic and ribs. Lower 2 quadrants include: lumbar, pelvis and leg. Pain in the right shoulder can be improved with any of the other three quadrants.

One painful quadrant. Four ways in. Most clinicians only ever use the one that hurts.

Be honest. Can you fix a right shoulder with the left leg?

TMR splits the body into four quadrants. Upper: neck, shoulder, arm, thoracic and ribs. Lower: lumbar, pelvis and leg. A painful right shoulder can be changed through any of the other three quadrants—plus the trunk.

But if a right shoulder walked in right now, could you treat it with the left leg? With a trunk motion? Be honest. Nobody taught you. That’s the gap.

What the free training changes

See the possibility before learning the entire system.

You do not need to understand every TMR level to experience its central idea. Begin with one result. Then decide whether the complete clinical system belongs in your practice.

Inside your first experience

  • Use good motion in any of the 4opposite quadrants, instead of forcing the painful motion

  • Try the concept on yourself before using it clinically

  • Apply the same thinking with an appropriate patient

  • Retest so the body, not your habits, guides the next step

25

Years of clinical experience and development

A method refined over time

Built by following the body’s response where everyone was ignoring.

For 25 years, Total Motion Release has developed around a practical clinical question: when one area is limited, where else in the body can we begin to create change?

That process turned a whole-body observation into a repeatable system. Compare motion across the body, begin with the better pattern, apply it deliberately and reassess the original limitation.

  • Developed through real clinical observation

  • Refined through immediate reassessment

  • Organized into a system clinicians can learn and repeat
