TMR Level 1 - 16 credit hrs

The Clear 7-Step Routine for Any Condition

In Total Motion Release, the Clear 7-Step Routine is designed to work for every condition—whether it’s orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, acute, or chronic.

This routine covers all the bases and stays the same regardless of the issue you’re addressing.

You’ll practice the routine in two key body positions until it becomes second nature, giving you consistent, predictable results no matter the condition.

Each of the 15 lessons builds on the last, helping you unlock deeper restriction levels as you go.

Understanding Tissue Function

The Clear 7-Step Routine is based on a core principle of how tissue functions.

You’ll learn tissue moves in only two directions to release tension and pain.

Once you understand this, you’ll see why the routine is so effective across various conditions.

The Role of the 9 Tissues in Pain Relief

You’ll dive into how different tissues respond to pain.

Specifically, 7 types of tissues respond best when they shorten (moving into comfort), and 2 prefer lengthening (moving into restriction).

This understanding will help you approach pain and restrictions in a more targeted way.

6 Core Movements Behind All Motion

What might surprise you is that all body movements come from just 6 basic motions.

These 6 core movements, combined with 4 directions and 3 joint positions, form the foundation of every motion.

We call these the FAB 6 and Super 6 (regulars and alternates).

Mastering these significantly shortens the time it takes to get a result.

The Power of the 4 Opposites

The power of the 4 Opposites is a major part of TMR.

You’ll learn how to use the 4 opposite motions to uncover hidden restrictions, find the parts of the body that move the best, and discover more potential solutions to any condition.

Quick 3-Segment Body Scan

You’ll learn a simple, quick body scan broken into 3 segments.

This method lets you observe how different body parts interact—like a pulley and lever system—helping you pinpoint the connections that cause or relieve pain.

Focusing on 4 Body Regions

To get long-lasting results, it’s important to address all four key regions of the body, not just the painful area.

Focusing only on the injured area uses just 12.5% of the body’s healing potential.

By working with the 3 non-painful regions and their good sided movement, you’ll witness the body’s interconnectedness and how quickly it can impact the problem area.

Adjusting with 3 Proven Rules

You will learn 3 simple, effective rules for adjusting the routine based on a patient’s response—whether they improve, stay the same, or get worse.

These rules cover all possible outcomes during treatment and are clearly outlined on a single sheet for easy reference.

This structured approach eliminates guesswork, guiding you on when to modify or change exercises.

Fine-Tuning for Maximum Effectiveness

You’ll explore how to fine-tune each motion to get the best possible results.

This includes understanding the right timing for each exercise and learning 6 reliable tweaks to optimize effectiveness.

Precision in both timing and adjustments is key to success here.

Joint Progressions to Reach Deeper Restrictions

You’ll work with 3 joint progressions that help you address deeper restriction levels.

By mastering these, you’ll simplify even the most complex conditions.

Targeting Areas With Changing 2 Key Joints

You’ll see how changing just 2 specific joints in the body while moving can precisely target areas that need attention.

This gives you a way to zero in on issues with high accuracy.

Unlocking Overlooked Concepts

By the end of the course, you’ll understand key concepts about pain and healing that missed in your even your most prestigious clinical programs, fellowship programs & seminars.

These insights are truly how the body is constantly trying to heal.

You’ll start seeing better results—and faster—than ever before.

In fact, within the first week, you’ll experience more “ah-ha” moments with your patients than you have in the past year.

TMR Level 2 - 16 credit hrs

Expanding the 7-Step Routine In The 5 Remaining Body Positions

In Level 2, the focus shifts to applying the 7-Step Routine to the remaining 5 of the 7 key body positions.

This level serves two main purposes: helping individuals with limited mobility, like infants, toddlers, or frail seniors, and facilitating recovery in positions where gravity plays a lesser role—think lying on your back after a back injury.

It also enhances performance for athletic or high-functioning individuals.

You’ll be working with the same motions you learned in Level 1 (The FAB 6 and Super 6), but now applied to these additional body positions.

The lessons take you through each position step by step.Beyond that, Level 2 introduces new concepts like applying TMR to plyometric or athletic movements, using transitions between positions as part of treatment, and even developing ambidextrous abilities for functional or sports-related tasks.

By the end of TMR Level 2, you’ll have a complete understanding of how all motions can be applied to help the body heal.

You’ll also see how the Power of the 4 Opposites gives you the full range of solutions for any situation.

TMR Level 3 - 16 credit hrs

The Advanced Layer

These concepts aren’t available anywhere else.

You’ll learn how to assess every joint from a 360-degree perspective to uncover its full healing potential.

You'll also dive into 3-dimensional trigger point release, focusing on the 3 segments of the body to ensure the pain stays gone.

You’ll explore how static sleeping and body positions can help relieve pain with minimal effort, and how applying resistance in specific directions can speed up recovery.

Another key idea is identifying the most restricted position in the 3 body segments and using the most effective motion to release overall tightness.

This can turn into a quick, 5-minute treatment that’s incredibly effective.

You’ll also learn how to use weight lifting as a treatment tool, particularly for patients with lower-paying insurance, achieving superior results compared to conventional treatments.

One of the most valuable insights in Level 3 is the ACE Card—a method for treating patients in severe pain, the kind that might otherwise seem like it requires surgery.

This offers you a new approach to handling those extreme cases.

By the end of Level 3, you’ll have a rare understanding of the body’s overlooked healing mechanisms—elements that have been in plain sight but largely ignored until now.

TMR Level 4 - 16 credit hrs

How To Add TMR Into Manual Therapy, & Your Current Techniques. Also Deeper Dive Into Specific Conditions

This level will expand your understanding if you’ve thought of TMR as just a corrective exercise system using the FAB 6 and Super 6.

In Level 4, you’ll learn how to integrate TMR principles with other modalities you already use, or those popular in the field, to amplify their effectiveness significantly and dive deeper in fixing specific conditions.

Even if you’re an expert in other techniques, you’ll see how TMR multiplies your results sevenfold with any technique you currently use.

At this stage, you’ll realize that the concepts behind TMR are the foundation of everything we do as clinicians. It’s essentially the Scientific Method for pain relief and performance enhancement, laid out to show you how to use any part of the body—near or far from the pain site—to accelerate healing.

This method might feel familiar from your training, but it’s finally being fully shown, as so few have noticed what’s been in plain sight all along.

In this level, you’ll apply the TMR concepts more deeply to specific conditions and techniques.

What You’ll Learn:

TMR Introduction:

How to boost results by applying the 7 Steps of Rehab across all types of treatments.

TMR Spine:

Enhance your spine treatments by using prone press-ups (McKenzie Method) and supine flexion (Williams Flexion), while testing the whole body in these two positions.

TMR Neck & Jaw:

Improve neck and jaw function through neck protraction and retraction (McKenzie Method), integrating these with other 3D movements for full-body impact.

TMR Shoulder:

Use injured side motions and unilateral stances to improve outcomes for shoulder issues (Mulligan Method).TMR Hip: To enhance hip function (Mulligan Method), apply similar techniques to injured side motions and unilateral stances.

TMR Knee, Foot, Ankle:

Get specific when working with these joints to achieve better results.

TMR Arm, Elbow, Wrist, Hand:

Learn targeted strategies for treating these areas more effectively.

Our Stand Alone Manual Therapy Process:

Discover how spring testing can simplify and streamline complex manual therapy techniques. So easy a kid could do it on their parent.

Once you’ve completed Level 4, you’ll be certified to use TMRc after your name, demonstrating mastery of the Total Motion Release system and its wide-ranging applications.

TMR Level 5 - 16 credit hrs

TMR Fitness

Learn why reviewing each person’s fitness routine is critical for long-term results.

You’ll discover how to create a full weight-training routine with a TMR twist that ensures lasting improvements.

TMR Posture:

Understand how addressing posture can improve spine pain by up to 50%, even without further treatment. You’ll also find out how neglecting posture can be a key reason pain keeps coming back.

TMR Initial Evaluations:

Learn different ways to conduct evaluations—whether you need to speed them up, make them more thorough, or cover more of the body in less time.

You’ll also discover how a misunderstanding of movements can lead to patient cancellations.

TMR Core:

If core exercises are still part of your routine, we’ll compare the traditional approach to core training with the TMR method and show you how TMR can enhance core treatment.

TMR Stretching

We’ll explore whether stretching really works and when it may actually cause more harm than good.

You’ll also participate in a group test to see who gets better results—those who stretch tight muscles or those who work the opposite extremity.

TMR Massage

Learn how to scan the entire body during a massage, finding both “yummy” (good) and “yucky” (problematic) areas.

You’ll flip the traditional massage approach by using the good areas to address the bad.

TMR Life Skills as Treatment:

Use daily activities, like transitioning from kneeling to standing, as exercises to help patients fix themselves.

This is especially helpful for those with repetitive daily motions.

TMR 3D Combos:

Get the entire body moving at once for faster healing.

We’ll combine all the bad motions and then treat them with all the good motions in all three body areas.

TMR Level 6 - 16 credit hrs

TMR 7 Steps Home Program:

Learn how to answer any patient question using the 7 Steps to Fixing Self document.

This one-page guide simplifies your treatment plan, reducing stress and confusion for both you and the patient.

TMR Power Motions:

TMR Level 7 - 16 credit hrs

The TMR Master Certification:

This offers an advanced level of training that surpasses even the most prestigious seminars and clinical fellowships—at a fraction of the cost.

Finish TMR Levels 1-7 and after completion you can use the initial TMRmc after your name.

Here is what is in TMR Level 7:

TMR Level 5

TMR Level 6

TMR 7 Steps Home Program:

Learn how to answer any patient question using the 7 Steps to Fixing Self document.

This one-page guide simplifies your treatment plan, reducing stress and confusion for both you and the patient.

TMR Power Motions:

Practice body resistance exercises by pushing on specific parts of the extremities and trunk to trigger faster changes.

TMR Positioning:

Explore full-body passive positions that improve results without effort—ideal for patients who can’t perform active movements.

TMR Foam Rolling

Bring a foam roller and learn how to roll out muscle knots the TMR way.

You’ll see motion and muscle tenderness improve by focusing on what feels good.

TMR Injury Training:

Learn techniques to rapidly improve sports injuries, getting athletes back into action faster than expected.

TMR Ambidextrous:

Practice activities that develop ambidexterity in sports, writing, and other tasks.

It’s a great way to improve precision and performance on both sides of the body.

TMR Yoga:

Take the 26 Bikram yoga poses and apply TMR principles to them. You’ll also learn how to adapt these techniques to any yoga pose for improved results.

TMR Instruments:

Discover how TMR integrates with instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

You’ll see how "scraping" one part of the body can improve mobility in another—like using a hamstring to fix a bicep issue.

TMR Level 7

The TMR Master Certification:

This offers an advanced level of training that surpasses even the most prestigious seminars and clinical fellowships—at a fraction of the cost.

Finish TMR Levels 1-7 and after completion you can use the initial TMRmc after your name.

Here is what is in TMR Level 7:

TMR Advanced 7 Steps & Daily Note:

This advanced session goes deeper into the 7 Steps and Daily Note, with detailed demonstrations and hands-on practice to refine your understanding and application of these core techniques.

TMR Vertigo:

Clinicians: Limited-Time Enrollment

Get One Of The Total Motion Release Seminars For A Limited Time Price

$627

Open Letter From The Founder of TMR

Let me tell you exactly how this all began. About a year ago, I had this wild idea. Not a business idea. A fairness idea.

I kept watching clinicians stress over spending hundreds, if not thousands, every couple of years just to stay compliant with CEUs, while also trying to find practical techniques that actually worked for pain relief. And I thought: Why can’t education be done differently?

So I decided to run an experiment. What if clinicians could get one of the Total Motion Release seminars, for one affordable price and own it for life?

Kind of like a Gold’s Gym membership. A single gym has millions of dollars in equipment. One person could never afford that. But when a large group comes together, everyone gets access for next to nothing.

So that’s what I did.

I opened a once-in-a-lifetime deal for clinicians: Lifetime access to the Total Motion Release seminar of your choice, totaling 16 CEUs, for just $627 (saving over $300). No renewals. No hidden CEU fees. No paying again in two or three years. Forever access. AND Live Continuing Education Credit for taking our online seminars for PTs/PTAs, DCs, ATs, OT/OTAs. Massage therapist you receive Live Online Credit.

I honestly didn’t know if anyone would get behind it, but then it took off.

Clinicians like you said, “Yes. Finally. Someone gets it.”

And here we are. 408 clinicians already locked in. Only 92 spots remain before the full 500 are reached.

And here’s the part that is both exciting and bittersweet:

This offer is officially coming to an end.

Once the final 92 spots are taken or the countdown on this page expires, it will be gone permanently.

I meant this to be a one-time thank-you to the profession and to get 500 people massively trained in TMR, so I always have top-notch clinicians to refer patients to. This is a group-buy experiment that I will not repeat.

Why so many clinicians jumped on this (and why you should too)

TMR is not just another seminar. It flips pain treatment completely upside-down. Instead of chasing the painful area, you use the good movements elsewhere to resolve the issue, often instantly.

That is why TMR clinicians consistently see the following:

• More than 50% improvement on the first visit, 85%–90% of the time
• Recovery that is up to seven times faster
• Patients who stay loyal because they finally get relief
• Patients learning to help themselves with a 10-minute routine, which means less burnout for you

More than 15,000 clinicians use TMR clinically. But only 408 have gained lifetime access to the seminar of their choice for this price. Now it can be your turn if you move quickly.

The Deal

• Lifetime access to one seminars - 16 credit hours each.
• Live Continuing Ed Credit when you start a course and finish in 9 days.
• Retake the seminar, anytime, and earn CEUs again
• One-time price of $627
• Refer five clinicians and your training is free
• Immediate access as soon as your spot is activated
• Only 92 spots left, then it is over.

A year ago, this was an experiment. Now, it is a final countdown. Ninety-two spots, then this chapter closes permanently.

The Complete Training

Levels 1–7 Curriculum

Each level builds skill, speed, and certainty. Retake for mastery — and credit.

TMR Level 1

TMR Level 2

TMR Level 3

TMR Level 4

Real stories from real clinics using TMR daily.

"If I offered you lifetime continuing education to every Total Motion Release® Seminar so you never pay for CEUs again AND lifetime personal access to me for help, whenever you need it for just $997… would you take it?"

Here’s the catch: The price is likely to increase again next month (hint, hint). Only 50 spots are available, and 17 are already taken.

If you would prefer a 3 pay option we can do that for $266 / month for 3 months. In order to claim this option you have to text us at +1 919-336-0098. However, you will not get access to the training until the final payment is processed.

WARNING: This Deal Is Going Away FOREVER In:

Letter From Tom The Founder Of TMR

If that one sentence at the top already did it for you, click the button, grab your spot, and you’re done.

For the rest of you who want the whole backstory, stick with me. This is going to be good.

Hey, it’s Tom from Total Motion Release®.

So here’s the deal. Back in 2001, a woman walked into my clinic. Her back pain is a 9 out of 10. She can barely bend, her left arm’s stuck at shoulder height, four vertebrae look like a stack of Jenga blocks, and every time she stands, she has to push herself up like she’s 90. Oh, and her daughter’s wedding is two weeks away. Her one goal? Dance at it.

Now, the textbooks say, “Treat the painful spot.” But instead, I remembered something my mentors drilled into me: observe the obvious… exaggerate the obvious. And the obvious thing was that her right leg wouldn’t lead on stairs. Her left leg did all the work.

So instead of attacking the pain, I said, “Let’s train the good side.” Three sets of 15 step-ups on the left. That’s it, no magic tricks.

She stands up, no hands. For the first time in years, she climbs a step with her bad leg. Pain drops by 80%. She bends to her ankles. Her arm shoots to her ear. Spine settles.

Both our jaws hit the floor.

That was the moment TMR was born: stop fighting restrictions, use what already works.

And it kept happening. First session, 85–90% of people would see a 50% improvement. Sometimes more. People who’d been stuck for years suddenly had range and relief. And the crazy part? They left with something they could do themselves.

At that point, I felt a nudge, call it God, call it gut—telling me: “Take this to the world. Make it affordable. Help them for life.”

So I did what any reasonable guy would do. I launched a Group Buy-In experiment. Honestly? I figured it’d flop. But instead? It blew up. Clinicians loved it. Patients got results. And I realized… this isn’t a one-time stunt.

This is the future of how I’m going to teach TMR.

Here’s how it works now: I run official cohorts of 50 clinicians. When the cohort fills, everyone gets in at once. You receive all seven seminars, lifetime CEUs, and lifetime access to me personally —plus a one-time payment of $997.

👉 Reserve your spot now with a $25 non-refundable deposit by clicking the red button above or below this letter.

And just so you know: we’ve been hitting or surpassing the 50 mark every single month. Which means you can expect to be charged the remaining balance at the end of the month when the cohort closes.

👉 This current cohort closes at the end of this month. Once it closes, any remaining seats are gone, and the next round begins.

Now, let’s be real. The biggest problem most clinicians have isn’t lack of skill. It’s the old mindset. We all agree the body is connected, but then we still chase pain at the pain site. Nobody ever gave us the map.

TMR is that map. Test three key areas, write down what’s bad, treat the opposite good motion, retest. That’s it. And when your patient sees pain drop without you ever touching the sore spot? Their nervous system flips instantly. Their belief changes instantly. And within a week or two, you’re thinking: “Why the heck didn’t anyone teach me this before?”

This isn’t theory. This is twenty-five years of testing, teaching, and rebuilding until it worked at scale—without losing the personal part. I built this the same way I built my teaching career years ago: with short demos, practice, critique, and Q&A, an apprenticeship-style approach. I shot video back in 2008 when the internet lagged by 20 seconds. I re-shot and re-edited until it was crystal clear. Then I automated it—so the lessons run themselves, and I can spend my time helping you personally when you hit a tricky case.

And here’s a fun side story. I met Sam Walton once. He’s 82. Drives a beat-up truck. Looks like someone’s granddad, not a billionaire. He told me, “Keep prices low enough so regular folks can afford it. Build your business like a machine. Pass the savings on. That’s how you win big.”

That stuck. So instead of $997 per seminar (yep, that’s what’s on my main site), I built this cohort model. Normally, that’s $7,000+ of training. But when we pool demand? It’s $997. One-time. Lifetime access. CEUs forever. Plus me in your corner.

👉 Click the red button below or above to lock in the $997 rate now. Next one may cost more.

And let’s answer the question: Why does this work so well?

Because we stop grinding into what’s stuck, we use the 4 Opposites—the motions that feel good somewhere else in the body—to unlock the whole system. Instead of chasing the 12.5% that hurts, we use the other 87.5% that still works. And here’s the science part: seven out of nine tissues prefer shortening. Going into comfort reduces threat, reduces guarding, and lets the body release. Then you lock in lasting change.

And TMR doesn’t replace your skills. It enhances everything you already do—manual therapy, dry needling, McKenzie, Mulligan, massage, and exercise—making them work faster.

Here’s the catch. And this is where the FOMO kicks in.

Each cohort is capped at 50. When it’s full, it closes. And because the beta proved $997 works, I may raise the price on the next round. Which means waiting costs you twice: you miss this cohort and you pay more later.

👉 Remember: this cohort officially closes at the end of this month. If you want in at $997, this is the deadline.

Try it yourself tomorrow: test a painful motion, measure it, then train the opposite side for 2 sets of 20 reps. Retest. When it improves, just say: “We didn’t even touch the painful area. Your body just showed us where the solution lives.” That one line flips everything.

Inside the program, I’ll help you rewire old habits in 30 days. Week 1: core lessons and 3 easy demos. Week 2: daily notes with my feedback. Week 3: Incorporate TMR into your favorite techniques and notice faster results. Week 4: Run five evaluations back-to-back, track the results, and optimize with me.

You get all 7 seminars. Lifetime CEUs. Pattern libraries. Clinician scripts. Clinic launch kit. And lifetime direct access to me—text, call, video—plus case-review forms whenever you need a second set of eyes.

Look, I believe God lined this up: teaching, tech, mentors, cameras—so I could build something simple, humane, affordable, and lasting. My promise? Purpose over price. Over-delivery over hype. Help for as long as I can give it.

Here’s the deal. Reserve your seat with a $25 non-refundable deposit today. When this cohort of 50 fills (which usually happens by month’s end), you’ll be charged the remaining balance and unlock everything immediately. And you’re in for life. Prefer free? Refer 5 colleagues who deposit, and I’ll comp your spot.

If you’ve read this far, your gut already knows. I’m not going anywhere. When you get stuck, reach out. When you want backup on a tough case, send it to me. We’ll do this together.

Expect the best,

P.S. Remember that wedding? She danced. And I’ve spent every year since making sure as many people as possible can do the same.

If all you needed was the sentence above and you are ready to buy, go ahead and hit the red button and sign up.

For the rest of you, pull up a chair with me for a minute.

Hey, it’s Tom the founder of Total Motion Release®.

Can we talk like we’re the last two in the clinic, just comparing notes? No “voice-of-God” sales stuff. I’ll tell you what happened, why I built this, what it costs, and how I’ve set it up so you’re never paying for CEUs again—and you’ve got me in your corner for as long as I possibly can be. Cool?

“Okay Tom… what actually started all this?”

In 2001: A woman comes in with severe back pain and one very specific goal: dance at her daughter’s wedding (it was in 2 weeks).

During the history she says: “For the past 3 years I can’t step up stairs leading with my right leg. I always have to lead with my left.” Additionally, she couldn't bend forward more than 20 degrees, she had 4 misaligned vertebrae, a left arm raise that only went to shoulder height and every time she stood up, she had to push off the chair with her arms.

Now, the traditional playbook says: treat the painful area. Work the thing that “doesn’t work.” But a line from my mentors popped into my head: observe the obvious… exaggerate the obvious. What was obvious? The right leg didn’t do its job. The left did.

So I asked, “Mind if we try something different?”

Two short sets of step-ups only on the left, the side that already moved well. No heroics. Just exaggerate what works.

She stands up… without pushing up with her arms. Then she steps up onto a step leading with her right, first time in years. Her back pain drops 80%. She bends over til her fingers are at her ankles. Her arm raises to ear level, and the 4 vertebra realign.

Both of our jaws hit the floor.

And right there the lightbulb goes off and that’s when TMR was born: stop forcing into restriction; use what already moves well to fix what hurts and doesn't move well.

Over time I kept seeing the same pattern: in the first session, roughly 85–90% see 50%+ improvement. Even if they have multiple areas of issue. Pain goes down. Motion improves. And patients leave with something they can do, not just something that was done to them.

Here’s the part I don’t want to make sound mystical, but it’s true: right there in the room I felt a clear nudge, call it a voice if you like:
“Take this to the world… and make it affordable enough that anyone who needs it can learn it and help them for as long as they need it.”

It took me almost twenty-five years to make that promise fully realized. Because getting something true, teachable, affordable at scale, and lifetime support from me takes time.

Here is a quick timeline of the long road:

24 Years in 6 Phases (completed 2025)

1. Prove the premise (2001–present): Working away from the painful area with motions that already move well fixes things faster and lasts longer.

2. Refine on patients (2001–2004): Make it simple, safe, teachable, repeatable. (TMR Seminar Level 1)

3. Validate with clinicians (2005–2011): Teach widely until the common conditions had reliable TMR protocols. (TMR Seminar Level 2 & 3).

4. Systemize the training (2006–2012 → now): Film, edit, re-shoot, refine. Started as DVDs + manuals; now a private membership with a crystal-clear 7-step routine.

5. Make it Usable With Other Techniques & Activities (2012–2022): TMR layers with your current techniques and with real-life patient activities (TMR Seminars 4-7)

6) Make it affordable with ongoing support at scale (2025): We’re beta-testing a Group Buy-In model so 1000 clinicians enroll together allowing us to offer a steep discount. This lets us offer the complete 7-seminar package, 16 CE hours each, for a one-time $600including lifetime CEUs and lifetime personal support from me.

Let me be straight: I haven’t always charged a low price. If you visit my main website right now, you’ll see the training listed at $997 per seminar (and there are 7 of them).

The regular list price per seminar, over the past 25 years, has been from $597 to $997.

Yet, I haven't been able to shake the original nudge: make the price accessible and over deliver to make it a no-brainer for clinicians to almost immediately raise their hand and say I want in.

I use to work for Sam's Club and I got a chance to meet Sam Walton in Memphis, TN. He was 82 years old, wore a flannel shirt and brown polyester slacks. Drove a 19 year old truck and looked like my grandfather and not a billionaire. What he said to me stuck with me.

He said, "I learned early on that if I could find ways to keep prices low so that the everyday person could afford it, and fine-tune my business so that it was a well oiled machine, then this would be the biggest win-win and it would take Walmart worldwide."

For twenty-five years I have held that same belief, and have worked tirelessly to achieve it. I've been fortunate and it's almost like my entire life was set up to lead this purpose. I was a kid when I was 6 years old I read code off of punch cards, I owned a Radioshack TRS 80 & original apple computer that too 5 minutes just to boot up and could only create programs like hang-man. My dad & brother had a film developing studio in our basement so I always new about cameras, videos and film. I became a math teacher and got to sit on the educational advisory board of Bill Clinton while he was running for president and be involved in one of the most innovative teaching programs that taught me the quickest way to get students to be able to apply what they learn. I coined it as apprentice style learning. I was one if not the first physical therapist who taught online in 2008. In fact, the speed of the internet was so slow then that when I shot a video of me doing an arm raise, my voice and my arm movement where 20 seconds delayed from each other.

I tell you all this to let you know that the prep for me leading Total Motion Release was probably laid out by God to bring me to this exact moment. All of this allowed me the opportunity to understand how to build the most complete TMR training possible in the internet age.I filmed… I edited it… I re-filmed… I re-edited — until it was dialed in perfectly. I put the whole thing into a private membership site so you can follow it step-by-step without me in the room.

Because this training is so refined, you don’t need me hovering over your shoulder constantly while you go through the training. And this allowed me to automate the teaching and freed me up to do what I really love and what no other seminar company had figured out... duplicate the system into only 7 steps that proved consistent, reliable and repeatable for any condition. And this allowed the teaching part to no longer take up my time. Which now allowed me to focus on helping you personally as you went through the training when you hit a challenge, want faster results, or need to go deeper into advanced TMR work.

So I had the methodology that clinicians where ignoring tuned in, I had the delivery tuned in so one could learn it precisely how I intended and all that was left was how the heck to make it the cheapest I possibly could. In fact, I had been able to remove the 9-5 one patient after another during my clinic days with TMR, and I was able to remove the one on one teaching and able to teach unlimited number of students when I brought it online and the revolutionary apprentice style learning was used to make it only 7 step, and I was able to make people feel like I was there every step of the way looking over their shoulder both during the training and when they treated patients. You can tell a theme... I was able to figure out how to go from one to many on several different occassions, but I didn't know how to do it with pricing... until I did.

So I changed the model. Instead of selling one-by-one, I enroll cohorts. When 100 clinicians come in together, the math works. I can keep the support personal and cut the price for each person—by design, not by discount.

Before I tell you the exact details, let’s talk about the only obstacle that tries to beat clinicians at the start: the old, traditional mindset—“you must treat the painful area.” If I ask you, “Is the body connected?” you say yes. If I ask, “Can you use the legs to fix the shoulder—or the shoulder to fix the back?” most clinicians pause. Not because you’re not great—because nobody gave you a map.

TMR gives you the map. It’s test → treat the opposite/good side → retest, in minutes. When patients watch their painful motion improve without you touching the painful spot, the nervous system buys in immediately. And if you keep going for a week or two, something funny happens: you wonder how you ever practiced any other way, because treating the body as one system ends up being the most obvious thing in the world.

If you want a plain-English “why” beneath the hood, here it is, no theory soup:

The 4 Opposites: instead of grinding into what’s stuck, we load its opposite (direction, side, motion) to unlock the system.

The Missing 87.5%: most treatments chase the 12.5% that hurts and ignore the other 87.5% of available motions that can actually free it.

Seven of nine tissues prefer shortening: pushing into length often increases threat; shortening reduces threat, so the system lets go.

Plug-and-play: TMR isn’t a replacement; it’s an accelerator that slots right into manual therapy, DN, exercise—whatever you already do.

“Okay Tom, what does this look like in my clinic tomorrow?” Easy. Try the two-minute buy-in demo:

Test the painful motion (get a clear before—range + pain number).

Treat the opposite/good side for 90–120 seconds using one TMR step.

Retest immediately.
If it changes, say: “We didn’t even touch the painful area. Your body just showed us where the solution lives.” That one line flips the script without an argument.

“How fast until this pays off?” Quick math, zero fluff: typical CE is $300–$800 plus travel and time off. Over a decade you’ve burned $3,000–$8,000 (usually more). With TMR it’s $600 one-time, unlimited CE for life, and my help whenever you need it. If TMR saves you just two visits a week across your caseload by getting faster change, that’s dozens of visits a month freed up or backfilled. It adds up fast.

“What do I actually get from you?” Everything I can give you without being in the room:

All 7 TMR seminars—lifetime access.

Unlimited CEUs—you stop paying for CE forever.

The 7-Step TMR Routine—short, step-by-step lessons, filmed, re-shot, refined.

A practical pattern library—face, hand, foot, spine, sports, daily activities.

Clinician scripts—two-minute buy-in, test-retest language, patient explanations.

A clinic launch kit—note snippets, patient handouts, a wall chart you can point to.

Lifetime personal access to me—text, phone, video, and a simple case-review form you can send before or after sessions.

“How do I actually get started without fighting my old habits?” Give me 30 days:

Week 1: watch the core lessons; run the buy-in demo on three easy cases.

Week 2: add one opposite-side pattern per day on tricky patients; send me one case form and I’ll tune it with you.

Week 3: layer TMR onto your favorite technique—notice less guarding, faster outcomes.

Week 4: run the demo on five straight evals; track time saved and changes; we’ll optimize together.

Now the offer, in the simplest possible words:

If I offered you lifetime continuing education to every Total Motion Release® seminar so you never pay for CEUs again and lifetime personal access to me for help—whenever you need it—for a one-time $600… would you take it?

Here’s how it works: reserve your spot with a $25 deposit today. When your cohort of 100 fills, you get full access immediately. We run the remaining balance then, and you’re in for life. If you’d rather have it free, refer five clinicians (PTs, PTAs, ATs, DCs, OTs, OTAs, or LMTs) who each place the $25 deposit, and I’ll comp your spot.

If you’ve read this far, I think your gut already knows if this is for you. I’m not going anywhere. If you get stuck, you text me. If you want a second set of eyes, you send the case. If I can help, I will. If I can’t, I’ll tell you straight and point you to the best next step I know. Purpose over price. Over-delivery over hype. Help, for as long as I possibly can.

And that wedding? She danced. I’ve spent the 24 years since trying to make sure as many people as possible can, too.

Expect the best,

Hey — it’s Tom, the founder of TMR.

I’m doing something I’ve never done before, because now I finally can.

Back in 2001 I had one of those “ah-hah” moments with a patient. I know this might sound a little strange, but I felt a clear nudge, call it a voice if you’d like, telling me my job was to take what I’d just seen out to the world and, one day, offer it at a price most if not everyone could afford.

That idea has guided everything I’ve built with Total Motion Release (TMR).

Here’s the short version of what TMR is and why it works. We don’t chase pain or force into restrictions. Instead, we use four opposite motions, in parts of the body clinicians ignore entirely, to fix what hurts. We use what already moves well to help what doesn’t.

The result?

In the first session, 85–90% of patients see 50% or more improvement. Pain drops. Motion returns—fast. And patients leave with a simple, repeatable skillset they can use on themselves (and even help family and friends).

For years I refined the teaching: seeing patients, testing, teaching clinicians, filming, re-filming, editing, and tightening every step until it was crystal-clear and repeatable. I put it all into a private online membership organized into a 7-step routine so you can follow it without me in the room.

That’s what finally makes this next part possible.

Because the core training is so dialed in, I can spend my time doing what I love most, helping you personally. As you go through the lessons we'll be chatting via text, video, phone and I'll be reviewing the daily note form you fill out on each lesson. Then I provide the same level of care when you are treating your patients. Real support, when you need it for life.

Now to the offer—and why it’s so affordable.

Instead of selling lifetime continuing education one person at a time at the usual $997 per seminar, I’m opening the doors for 1,000 clinicians to come in together at a drastically reduced price. When a large group joins all at once, I can cut the cost for each person and still make it work. Simple math.

Here’s how it works:

1. Put down a $25 deposit today to reserve your spot.

2. When your cohort of 100 clinicians fills (out of the total 1,000), you get full access immediately.

3. At that point, we charge the remaining balance and you’re in for life.

4. These groups of 100 usually fill by month-end, so you’re typically inside within a few weeks.

Your total: a one-time $600 for lifetime access to all 7 TMR seminars, unlimited CEUs, and lifetime personal access to me.

If you’ve ever wanted to treat pain differently, stop paying for CEUs, and have the founder in your corner long-term—this is it.

I also added a referral option: if you refer 5 clinicians (PTs, PTAs, ATs, DCs, OTs, OTAs, or LMTs) who each place the $25 deposit, your spot is free. Just keep track of who you refer and have them tell you when they submit. When you’ve got five, let me know and I’ll comp your access.

Have questions? Want to see everything included and current CEU approvals by profession? Scroll down the page and learn more. And if you need additional help text me directly at (919) 749-2106 and I’ll help you decide if this is a fit.

Let’s do this together.

Tom Dalonzo-Baker

Founder, Total Motion Release®

P.S. What excites me most isn’t just that you’ll have lifetime CE, it’s that we’ll actually get to work together, for the long haul, without you wondering, “Can I afford another course?” or “Am I bothering the instructor if I have a question?” That’s rare in our field, and it’s exactly why this $25 deposit may be the most valuable one you ever make.

I’m Doing Something I’ve Never Done Before — Because Now I Finally Can

Hey, it’s Tom.

I’ve spent 24 years building Total Motion Release (TMR) so any clinician can learn it, use it with any technique, and get repeatable results. The last missing piece was pricing. That’s solved in 2025.

The Mission (Since 2001)

In 2001, during an "ah‑hah" patient moment, I felt a clear directive: take what I’d been shown to the world and one day offer it at a price almost anyone could afford. That’s guided everything since.

The 6 Phases I Went Through (Completed 2025)

Phase 1: Prove the premise (2001–present): Show that working away from the painful area using motions that already move well can fix the problem faster and last longer.

Phase 2: Refine on patients (2001–2004): Experiment until the system was simple, safe, and easy to teach and apply.

Phase 3: Validate with clinicians (2005–2011): Teach widely until most common conditions had a repeatable, reliable TMR protocol.

Phase 4: Systemize the training (2006–2012): Film, edit, re‑shoot, and refine into clear, step‑by‑step lessons. Originally DVDs and packets; now a private membership organized into a 7‑step routine. (TMR 1-3)

Phase 5: Make it plug‑and‑play (2012–2022): Ensure TMR integrates with any technique you already use and any activity your patients do. (TMR Level 4-7)

Phase 6: Make it affordable at scale (2025): Create two offers: an introductory course ($300) and complete training $600 made possible by group buy-in pricing (see below).

How TMR Changes the Game

You don’t chase pain or force into restrictions. You use four opposite motions in areas most clinicians don’t treat for that complaint.

You leverage what already moves well elsewhere to fix what doesn’t.

Results we see: 85–90% of patients improve by 50%+ in the first session.

Pain drops, motion improves in minutes.

Patients leave with a repeatable skillset to help themselves (and often friends and family) faster than 95% of clinicians can.

Why I Can Lower the Price (and Help You More)

I filmed, edited, re‑shot, and refined the most complete TMR training until every lesson was clear and repeatable. Because the core training now runs itself inside the 7‑step online membership, I’m freed up to do what I love most: personally help you when you hit a challenge, want faster results, or want to go deeper.

You’ll have direct communication with me via phone, video, text, and daily note submissions—both while you train and when you’re treating.

That’s why I can include lifetime CE for every seminar and my personal help—for a fraction of what it used to cost.

The Group Buy Model (Simple Math)

Instead of selling lifetime CE at the usual $997 per seminar one‑by‑one, we’re opening a 1,000‑clinician group at a drastically reduced price.

When many join at once, the per‑person cost drops. More people → less each person pays.

How It Works

Deposit $25 today to reserve your spot.

Once your cohort of 100 fills, you get full access immediately.

At that point, we charge the remaining balance. You’re in for life.

Cohorts of 100 typically fill by month‑end, so you’re usually inside within a few weeks.

Your total: $600 one‑time for lifetime & unlimited continuing education and lifetime personal support from me.

Referral Program: Get In Free

Refer 5 clinicians (PTs, PTAs, ATs, DCs, OTs, OTAs, LMTs). Have them place the $25 deposit and let you know. When 5 have done so, tell me, and your spot is free.

Tip: Track your referrals and ask them to message you once they’ve deposited.

TMR Level 1

TMR Level 2

TMR Level 3

TMR Level 4
